Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Wareen is the second-born in a family of three children. He lives with his parents and siblings in a single-room, mud-walled house without electricity. Neither parent has stable employment, and the family depends on occasional casual jobs to meet their basic needs, leaving them with little financial security. According to his mother, Wareen had been well until around 8:30 a.m., when he sustained an accidental burn at home. She was preparing hot porridge for breakfast when Wareen accidentally dipped his left hand into the hot porridge, causing a painful burn injury. His mother immediately rushed him to the health facility for assessment and treatment. During registration, she was asked how the family intended to settle the medical expenses and explained that they did not have the means to raise the required amount. A staff member then informed her about Helpster Charity Organization and the assistance available to vulnerable patients. This provided significant relief to the family and enabled Wareen to access the necessary medical treatment.
Prognosis
Wareen sustained a significant second-degree burn involving approximately 12% of his body surface area and crossing joints. The injury requires proper wound care, pain control, infection prevention and early physiotherapy to preserve joint movement and prevent contractures. With timely treatment, appropriate dressings, good nutrition and rehabilitation, his prognosis is favourable.
