Why is treatment done earlier than admission?

Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Epsilon Specialist Hospital Kaduna

34, Gongola road off Chalawa Cresent Barnawa Kaduna Nigeria

Background

Kalil Ibrahim is an 11-year-old boy who dreams of becoming an electrical engineer. He developed a severe intestinal condition after his stomach became swollen and he was unable to pass stool. He underwent emergency colostomy surgery to save his life and now needs another operation to reverse the colostomy and restore normal bowel function. Kalil is the first child in his family. His parents are petty traders with a limited income and cannot afford the cost of his surgery. They urgently need support to help Kalil make a full recovery.

Prognosis

Khalil will benefit from reversal of colostomy so as to improve his physical, psychological and social life, as current condition has affected his normal life, like schooling and playing with peers. The surgery generally has a very good outcome, however complications like anastamotic leakage or surgical site infections are not uncommon.
