Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Since she was 1 month old, I observed that whenever she cries, there is an abnormal swelling around her genitals. It is similar to that of her sister. Any time it happens to her, she separates from playmates and everyone looking for a cold surface to lay on. She is the 4th of four children. Finding out that she has similar manifestations like her sister (Rejoice) I decided to keep managing the situation by pouring cold water on the surface pending when help will come for the surgery to be done. She likes to sing and dance but the hernia makes her disconnect from everything she likes to do.
Medical history
Admission date - 24th March 2023. Surgery date - 2nd April 2023. Discharge date - 4th April 2023. Happiness underwent a surgery, and was discharged two days later. She attended two follow-up checkups, and demonstrated successful recovery.
Outcome
The patient suffers from pain.
