Why is treatment done earlier than admission?

Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Epsilon Specialist Hospital Kaduna

34, Gongola road off Chalawa Cresent Barnawa Kaduna Nigeria

Background

Joseph David is a 13-year-old boy who dreams of becoming a professional footballer. For the past three years, he has suffered from recurring stomach pain that has gradually become more severe. As his condition worsened, his abdomen became swollen, causing him significant discomfort and affecting his daily life. He was diagnosed with intestinal malrotation. Despite his challenges, Joseph remains hopeful. He now needs medical care to restore his health and give him the chance to pursue his dream.

Prognosis

The prognosis is very favourable if treated on time, however the longer the treatment awaits, child's symptoms of abdominal pain, distention and intermittent vomiting will persists and it also exposes child to risk of midgut volvulus(twisting of the bowel resulting to bowel ischemia) which is a surgical emergency and lessens the prognosis, and short bowel syndrome.
