Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Md. Shahporan Shamim is a cheerful and hardworking 11-year-old boy who loves studying and playing football and cricket and dreams of one day building a successful future and supporting his parents. He lives with his three family members, and his father, Md. Enamul Haque, is their sole earner, making only BDT 9,000–10,000 per month as a farmer, which is barely enough for daily necessities and cannot cover emergency surgery and rehabilitation. After broken glass at school deeply injured Shahporan’s right wrist and damaged multiple tendons, the family sought assistance from Helpster Charity through volunteer Md. Abu Hanif so he could receive urgent treatment. Without timely tendon repair and proper physiotherapy, he could develop permanent weakness, stiffness, and loss of movement in his wrist and fingers, seriously affecting his ability to write, study, play, and perform daily activities
Prognosis
Repair of the Extensor Digiti Minimi (EDM), Extensor Digitorum (ED), and Extensor Carpi Ulnaris (ECU) tendons of the right wrist is expected to restore tendon continuity and improve movement and function of the wrist and fingers. With proper postoperative care, immobilization, rehabilitation, and follow-up, the patient is expected to gradually regain strength and useful hand function. If left untreated, the damaged tendons may heal improperly or remain disconnected, resulting in persistent weakness, limited finger and wrist movement, and difficulty using the affected hand for daily activities. Timely surgical repair is important to achieve the best possible functional recovery.
