Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Lilian is a responsible, respectful, kind, and hardworking woman who lives with her family in modest circumstances. She runs a small business, but her limited income is insufficient to consistently meet the household’s basic needs, including medical expenses. Lilian arrived at the hospital alone while in labour, reporting severe lower abdominal pain radiating to her back. The pain had persisted for three days, progressively increasing in frequency and intensity despite the use of pain medication. She successfully delivered her baby through a spontaneous vaginal delivery. Following childbirth, however, she developed a severe headache and excessive bleeding estimated at more than 500 mL, which resulted in shock. Clinical assessment and laboratory investigations confirmed anaemia secondary to postpartum haemorrhage following preterm labour. Because of the significant blood loss and associated complications, Lilian was admitted for urgent treatment, close monitoring, stabilization, and further investigations.
Prognosis
Lilian, a 30-year-old mother, has experienced postpartum haemorrhage, which requires prompt medical management to control bleeding, stabilize her condition, and prevent complications such as severe anaemia, shock, or organ damage. With timely treatment, including fluids, medications, blood transfusion when necessary, and close monitoring, her prognosis is generally good.
