Riazul Jannat is an 8-month-old girl who was previously healthy and active until she developed high fever and common cold symptoms, causing her to become weak and unwell. Her father, Neshar Chakidar, is the sole earning member of the five-member family and works in agriculture, earning only approximately USD 66 per month, which is insufficient to support Riazul, her mother, and grandparents while also covering medical expenses. She was diagnosed with typhoid fever at Saheda Gafur Ibrahim General Hospital during a seasonal outbreak in an area affected by shared toilets, poor hygiene, and limited access to safe drinking water. Without timely treatment, the infection could worsen and lead to serious complications, including severe illness that may become life-threatening in a young infant. The family learned about Helpster Charity through miking, giving them hope that Riazul can receive the necessary treatment.

Riazul Jannat is a 08 month old child. Suddenly She got fever for few days with common cold. Her mother came to our hospital in 12nd july 2026. Doctor diagnosed this case as typhoid fever. Doctor suggests to get admitted to hospital. Doctor and Nurses provide the baby proper treatment and affectionate care. As a result, Riazul Jannat comes round from her illness and becomes heathy. At 18th july 2026, we discharged her. The patient's family expressed their heartfelt gratitude to the Helpster Charity and the hospital for their timely and effective care.

Doctors have advised treatment with parenteral antibiotics along with supportive therapy to effectively control Riazul Jannat's typhoid infection. With timely and complete treatment, her fever will gradually subside, her strength will return, and she will be able to resume her studies and daily activities without long-term effects. Proper medical care will also prevent the infection from spreading and protect her vital organs. However, if left untreated, typhoid can lead to severe complications such as intestinal perforation, internal bleeding, bloodstream infection, and even become life-threatening. Early intervention is therefore essential to ensure her full recovery and safeguard her future health.
