Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Sayedul Abrar is a deeply cherished 3-year-old boy, the only child of his parents and the only grandson of his elderly maternal grandparents, who all hope to see him grow up healthy. His father is the family’s sole earning member and works as a day laborer whenever work is available, but his irregular income is insufficient for basic household needs, leaving the family largely dependent on World Food Programme (WFP) food assistance and unable to afford Abrar’s surgery. After learning about Helpster Charity through the medical outreach at Kutupalong, the family sought support for his inguinal hernia and undescended right testis. Without timely surgery, the hernia may become trapped or strangulated, causing intestinal obstruction and bowel damage, while the undescended testis may suffer permanent damage and increase the risk of future fertility problems. These complications can become serious or even life-threatening, making timely treatment essential for Abrar’s healthy future.
Prognosis
According to the doctor, Right Inguinal Herniotomy with Orchidopexy under anesthesia is recommended to repair the hernia and bring the undescended right testis into its normal position in the scrotum. With successful surgery and proper postoperative care, Sayedul Abrar is expected to recover well, become free from groin pain and swelling, and have better protection of normal testicular development and function. If left untreated, the hernia may become trapped or strangulated, causing intestinal obstruction or bowel damage. The undescended testis may also suffer permanent damage, increasing the risk of fertility problems and other testicular complications later in life.
