Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Mrs. Lipi Akter is a 29-year-old hardworking and family-oriented woman who is 39+ weeks pregnant with her third child and lives with her husband, one son, and one daughter in a small one-room tin house. Her husband works as a hawker and earns only approximately USD 57 per month, which is barely enough to support the four-member family and leaves them unable to afford the specialized care she urgently needs. She developed watery per-vaginal discharge, reduced fetal movement, and lower abdominal pain, and investigations confirmed fetal occipital encephalocele, a serious congenital anomaly. Because of the advanced pregnancy and her current symptoms, timely specialist care and appropriate delivery management are essential; without proper medical attention, serious complications may threaten the safety of both mother and baby. The family learned about Helpster Charity’s free medical services through volunteer Jamilur Reza.
Prognosis
Lower Uterine Cesarean Section (LUCS) is expected to provide a timely and controlled delivery, reducing the risks associated with the advanced pregnancy, reduced fetal movement, and fetal occipital encephalocele. With appropriate preoperative assessment, surgical delivery, and close postoperative monitoring, the mother can be managed safely and the baby can receive immediate neonatal assessment and specialized care after birth. If timely delivery is delayed, maternal or fetal complications may develop, particularly with reduced fetal movement and the known congenital anomaly. Prompt intervention therefore provides the best opportunity to protect the mother and allow the newborn to receive appropriate care immediately after delivery.
