Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Lavina Akter is a 35-year-old pious and intelligent woman who enjoys cooking and dreams of building a permanent home for her family. She lives with her four family members in fragile housing, while her husband is the sole earning member and works as a day laborer, earning only USD 49 per month, making it difficult to meet their basic needs and afford medical expenses. The family learned about Helpster Charity through one of its beneficiaries and sought assistance to ensure Lavina receives the necessary care for a safe delivery. At 33 weeks and 4 days of pregnancy, she was diagnosed with breech presentation and is experiencing lower abdominal pain, loose motion, fatigue, and abdominal hardening. Without appropriate monitoring and timely obstetric management, breech presentation may increase the risk of obstructed labor, fetal distress, birth injury, and other serious complications for both mother and baby.
Prognosis
The recommended treatment for Lavina is LSCS under spinal anesthesia (SAB), which is the safest option to deliver the baby promptly and prevent further complications. With timely surgery, both the mother and baby are expected to recover well, and the baby is expected to grow and lead a healthy life. However, if the delivery is delayed or left untreated, the baby may develop fetal distress, umbilical cord prolapse, birth trauma (including brachial plexus injury), or head entrapment during delivery. The mother may also face life-threatening infections and other serious complications.
