Zannat Khatun is a 2-year-old girl living with her parents and 5-year-old elder sister in a financially disadvantaged family of four. Her father, Sobuj Islam (28), works as a day laborer and earns only around USD 49 per month, which is barely enough to meet their basic needs and leaves the family unable to afford necessary medical treatment. Zannat developed fever, loose stools, vomiting, abdominal pain, and poor oral intake, followed by significantly reduced urine output, and was diagnosed with acute watery diarrhea with gastroenteritis at New Evercare Hospital after initial treatment at a government hospital failed to improve her condition. Without timely treatment, her condition could worsen rapidly due to dehydration and reduced urine output, potentially leading to serious complications. The family learned about Helpster Charity through a doctor and sought assistance for Zannat’s treatment.

Zannat Khatun was admitted to New Evercare Hospital and Diagnostic on 30.07.2026 with acute watery diarrhea and gastroenteritis. She received prompt conservative treatment, including intravenous fluid therapy, medications, nutritional support, continuous monitoring, and attentive nursing care to manage dehydration and control her symptoms. Her condition improved steadily with proper medical management, and she responded well to treatment without any major complications. After making a good recovery and becoming clinically stable, she was discharged in a safe and improved condition on 02.08.2026.
