Rubi Begum is a 20-year-old first-time mother from a financially disadvantaged family, currently living with her husband in temporary accommodation provided by her father. Her husband has limited financial support, while her father earns only approximately USD 41 per month from working at a clothing shop, making it difficult for the family to afford her medical expenses. Rubi developed prolonged labor pain followed by rupture of membranes, leaking fluid, and reduced fetal movement, raising concern about the baby’s condition and requiring hospital care. She was admitted to Seba Hospital & Diagnostic Center on 31 July 2026 and diagnosed with Primi Term Pregnancy with Oligohydramnios and Less Fetal Movement. The family learned about Helpster Charity through a relative and is seeking support to ensure Rubi receives timely care and to reduce the risk of complications for both mother and baby.

According to the doctor, LUCS is recommended to provide a safer and timely delivery in this 39-week pregnancy complicated by oligohydramnios. With appropriate surgical care and close monitoring of both mother and baby, the procedure is expected to reduce the risk of complications and support a favorable delivery outcome. If appropriate management is delayed, reduced amniotic fluid may increase the risk of fetal distress, umbilical cord compression, and complications during labor, potentially placing the baby at serious risk.
