Jadob Chandro Rishi is an 11-year-6-month-old student who enjoys learning and spending time with his family and hopes to continue his education. He lives in a six-member family, and his father, Raton Chandro Rishi, is the sole earning member, working as a traditional dholak musician and earning approximately USD 81–97 per month, making it difficult for the family to manage medical expenses. Since toddler age, Jadob had experienced a mass protruding through the anus during defecation, which became more frequent and painful over the past two months with intermittent rectal bleeding. He was diagnosed with a polypoidal lesion with partial rectal prolapse and a prolapsed fourth-degree congenital haemorrhoid, requiring surgical treatment; without appropriate care, the condition could continue to cause pain, bleeding, and difficulty with defecation. The family connected with Helpster Charity through local outreach, and Helpster supported his treatment at Good Health Hospital, Rangpur.

Haemorrhoidectomy is expected to relieve Jadob’s recurrent anal protrusion, bleeding, pain, and difficulty during defecation. With appropriate postoperative care, medication, and follow-up, he is expected to recover well and gradually return to normal daily activities and school. If left untreated, the prolapsed fourth-degree haemorrhoid may continue to cause recurrent bleeding, severe pain, difficulty with bowel movements, and worsening prolapse. Timely surgical treatment is therefore important to prevent further complications and improve his quality of life.
