Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Fidel is the second-born child of Rael Atieno Onyango. His mother is a housewife with no income, while his father supports the family through motorcycle taxi work. He is a quiet and observant boy with a warm, cheerful smile that endears him to his family and community. Fidel had been healthy until 1 August 2026, when he became unusually irritable, cried continuously, and refused to breastfeed. He later developed weakness, fever, a dry cough, vomiting, and a runny nose. His mother could not afford to take him to hospital that day and waited for his father to return. They consulted their local Community Health Promoter, who advised them to seek medical care urgently. Fidel was taken to hospital the following day, assessed, and immediately started on treatment.
Prognosis
The simultaneous occurrence of malaria, anemia, and pneumonia significantly alters a patient's medical outlook, representing a highly critical clinical situation that requires immediate hospitalization and intensive medical intervention. When these three conditions overlap, they exacerbate one another, leading to a much higher risk of complications and mortality than any of the conditions experienced alone. In Fidel's case ,he received prompt treatment which made his prognosis fair day by day,he showed marked improvement each day while on treatment which made it easier for his discharge while in a stable condition.
