Why is treatment done earlier than admission?

Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background

Suborna is a 24-year-old woman who lives happily with her husband in a rented house made of tin sheets. They got married 15 months ago, and she became pregnant soon after. Although she's shy, she enjoys visiting her relatives with her husband in different places. Suborna was 38 weeks pregnant and started having labor pains. As her labor progressed, she had to go to the operating room. There, she had a normal delivery with an episiotomy done in a clean way, and a baby was born. But now, the family can't afford the hospital bill. Suborna is asking for help from donors at Helpster.

Medical history

Suborna experienced labor pains at 38 weeks of pregnancy, prompting the need for an episiotomy to mitigate risks to the baby. The procedure was carried out successfully and in an aseptic manner, with Suborna receiving the necessary medications. Fortunately, the process was complication-free, and Suborna is now recovering well, resuming her normal routine. Dr. Munna, MD and Director of Narayanganj Polyclinic, arranged a home visit to Suborna's residence, where she was found to be in good health. The entire family rejoiced over the new addition to the family and Suborna's improved condition.

Outcome

During a normal vaginal delivery, an episiotomy is a surgical procedure in which a small incision is made in the perineum, which is the area between the vagina and the anus. This incision is made to widen the vaginal opening and facilitate the passage of the baby's head during childbirth. Now, Suborna and her baby are doing alright.
