Why is treatment done earlier than admission?

Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background

Jannatun Akter is an 8-year-old Class Three student who enjoys playing Kanamachi and dreams of becoming a teacher. She lives with her parents in a fragile home, while her father, Md. Nuruddin, works as a rickshaw puller and earns only BDT 6,000 per month, leaving the family unable to manage both daily expenses and medical costs. Jannatun has been suffering from persistent fever for 15 days, along with abdominal rash, vomiting, loss of appetite, loose stools, and fatigue, and was diagnosed with typhoid fever after her condition worsened despite home treatment. Without proper treatment, her prolonged illness could become more serious and lead to further complications, threatening her health and ability to continue her studies. The family learned about Helpster Charity through a doctor and is seeking support for her treatment.

Prognosis

Hospitalization, parenteral antibiotic therapy, and supportive care. Hospitalization will allow Jannatun to receive close monitoring and timely medical care while recovering from typhoid fever. Parenteral antibiotics are intended to control the bacterial infection, while supportive therapy helps maintain hydration, nutrition, and overall strength. This treatment is important to control the illness, prevent complications, and support her safe recovery.
