Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Mushfikur Rahman Siam is a cheerful and friendly 9-year-old madrasa student who enjoys playing with his friends and dreams of becoming a Mufti. He lives with his parents and younger brother in a five-member family without a permanent home, while his father is the sole earner, working as a day laborer and earning approximately USD 49 per month. With this limited income and difficult living conditions, the family cannot afford Mushfikur’s medical treatment and learned about Helpster Charity through a medical staff member. He developed persistent fever for six days followed by rash, vomiting, loss of appetite, loose stools, and fatigue, and was diagnosed with typhoid fever at New Evercare Hospital after treatment from a local pharmacy failed. Without timely treatment, typhoid may worsen and cause severe dehydration, intestinal complications, sepsis, and other potentially life-threatening complications.
Prognosis
The doctor has recommended immediate hospital admission for Mushfikur so that he can receive appropriate antibiotic treatment, medications, and other supportive care. With timely treatment, his fluid balance can be restored, his weakness can improve, and he will have a strong chance of making a full recovery. Supportive therapy will help his body regain strength and reduce the risk of further complications. However, if left untreated, typhoid fever can lead to serious complications such as intestinal perforation, gastrointestinal hemorrhage, seizures, meningitis, and myocarditis. Without urgent medical care, the condition could become life-threatening, especially in a young child.
