Tamim Islam is a 13-year-old Class Eight student who loves gardening and dreams of becoming a cricketer. He lives with his parents, elder brother Salman, and sister Sadia in a rented home under fragile living conditions, while his father is the sole earning member and works as a tailor for only approximately USD 49 per month. His condition requires close observation and continued treatment, as deterioration could lead to serious neurological and kidney-related complications. The family learned about Helpster Charity through a community outreach program.

The doctor has recommended immediate hospital admission for Tamim Islam to receive appropriate antibiotics, medications, and supportive care. With timely treatment, his condition is expected to improve, his weakness may decrease, and further complications can be prevented. Without urgent care, the condition may lead to serious complications, including cerebral edema, acute renal failure, seizures, neurological deficits, chronic kidney disease, pulmonary edema, and heart failure, and may become life-threatening.
