Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Four-year-old Ibrahim is the only son of his parents, living in a modest single-room mud house in Amshi Village. His father is a subsistence farmer and his mother sells yam from home, earning about 2,000 naira, an income that can barely meet the family's basic needs, let alone hospital bills. Ibrahim was brought to the hospital with severe malaria complicated by anaemia, burning with high fever, severely weak, feeding poorly, and barely active. In dire need of urgent treatment to prevent dangerous complications.
Prognosis
Prognosis His prognosis is favorable following his good response to treatment. Continued follow-up is recommended to monitor his blood level, nutritional status, and overall recovery, as well as to prevent recurrence of malaria. Untreated severe malaria with anaemia in a four-year-old is usually fatal within days, progressing to cerebral malaria, deepening anaemia that starves the organs of oxygen, and eventual heart failure or shock.
