Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Sajida Akter is a 19-year-old first-time mother living with her husband and extended family in a modest tin-roofed house with a mud floor. Her husband, Alamin Ahmed, is the main earning member and works as a day laborer, earning approximately USD 57 per month, which is insufficient to cover the family’s basic needs and the cost of Sajida’s medical care. Despite her difficult circumstances, Sajida remained hopeful for a safe delivery, but at 39+ weeks she developed leaking fluid after rupture of membranes, prolonged labor, and reduced fetal movement. She was diagnosed with term pregnancy with oligohydramnios and reduced fetal movement, requiring timely hospital management; without appropriate care, the condition could place the baby at serious risk. The family learned about Helpster Charity through their neighbour and is seeking support for Sajida’s treatment.
Prognosis
According to the treatment plan, hospitalization and LUCS with appropriate anesthesia and close monitoring are expected to provide timely delivery and reduce the risk of complications related to oligohydramnios, reduced fetal movement, and prolonged labor. With proper management and follow-up, the mother and baby are expected to have a favorable outcome. If appropriate treatment is delayed, reduced amniotic fluid and decreased fetal movement may increase the risk of fetal distress and other complications during labor, potentially placing the baby at serious risk.
