Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Mostakim Islam is a cheerful and active 18-month-old boy who lives with his parents, elder brother, and extended family in a five-member household. His father, Rashedul Islam (27), is the sole earner, working as a day laborer and earning only about USD 49 per month, while the family lives without a permanent home in fragile conditions, making it difficult to meet daily needs and afford medical expenses. Mostakim developed fever, chills, cough, wheezing, chest indrawing, and low oxygen levels, and after his condition worsened despite home care, he was brought to New Evercare Hospital and diagnosed with acute bronchiolitis. The family learned about Helpster Charity through medical staff and is seeking support because they cannot manage the cost of his hospital treatment. Without timely treatment and close monitoring, his respiratory distress and low oxygen level may worsen, potentially leading to severe respiratory failure and other life-threatening complications.
Prognosis
The doctor has recommended immediate hospital admission for Mostakim so that he can receive appropriate antibiotics, medications, nebulization, and other supportive care. With timely treatment, his breathing difficulties are expected to improve, his physical condition can recover, and he will have a good chance of making a full recovery. However, if left untreated, acute bronchiolitis may cause serious complications such as acute respiratory failure, hypoxia, atelectasis, secondary bacterial infection, bronchiolitis obliterans, and recurrent wheezing. Timely medical care is essential to protect this young child from further complications.
