Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
S K Redwan is a 16-year-old Class 10 student from a financially disadvantaged family, where his father, Kawsar Ahmed, is the sole earning member and works as a day laborer, earning approximately BDT 7,000 (USD 58) per month. His limited income must support Redwan, his mother, and his two younger brothers, Rihan and Dhilhan, leaving the family unable to afford the hospital and treatment expenses. Redwan was previously well and is an active student, but he developed fever followed by abdominal pain and yellow discoloration of his skin and eyes, requiring hospital admission and further medical care. He was diagnosed with acute hepatitis with a urinary tract infection, and without timely treatment and monitoring, his condition could worsen and lead to serious liver-related complications and potentially life-threatening illness. The family learned about Helpster Charity through volunteer Redwan Hussen Shiplu, giving them hope of receiving the medical support needed for his recovery.
Prognosis
Hospitalization with appropriate conservative treatment, proper evaluation, and supportive therapy is expected to control the symptoms, support liver recovery, and help manage the associated urinary tract infection. With timely medical care and close monitoring, S K Redwon is expected to recover gradually and return to his normal daily and educational activities. If treatment is delayed or not received, the infections and liver inflammation may worsen, potentially leading to significant liver dysfunction, severe illness, and other serious complications. Timely treatment is therefore important to support recovery and prevent deterioration.
