Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Most. Jhorna Khatun is a polite and hardworking 20-year-old pregnant woman who enjoys sewing kantha and dreams of building a home for her family while hoping for a safe delivery and healthy baby. She lives with her husband and extended family in a five-member household without a permanent home, while her husband, Abdul Kader (23), is the sole earner, working as a day laborer and earning only about USD 49 per month. With this limited income and fragile living conditions, the family struggles to meet daily necessities and cannot afford the medical expenses required for Jhorna’s care. At 35 weeks and 3 days of pregnancy, she developed persistent lower abdominal pain, abdominal discomfort, fatigue, and uterine hardening and was diagnosed with a uterine fibroid with anemia, requiring close observation and conservative treatment; the family learned about Helpster Charity through a relative. Without timely medical monitoring and appropriate management, complications related to the fibroid and pregnancy may worsen, potentially affecting the mother and baby and leading to serious or potentially life-threatening complications.
Prognosis
The recommended treatment for her is a Lower Uterine Cesarean Section (LUCS) with myomectomy under Spinal Anesthesia (SAB), which is considered an appropriate option for safely delivering the baby and preventing further complications. With timely surgery and proper medical care, the baby is expected to recover well and have a healthy life. However, if delivery is delayed or the condition is left untreated, the mother and baby may face serious complications, including oxygen deprivation, severe pain, bleeding, preterm labor, abnormal fetal position, difficult delivery, and postpartum hemorrhage. In severe cases, the mother may also face life-threatening infection or other serious complications.
