Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Most. Sharmin Akter is a 25-year-old pregnant woman who enjoys making delicious food and dreams of building a home of her own; she is 39 weeks and 5 days pregnant and was diagnosed with breech presentation and fetal distress after developing lower abdominal pain, reduced fetal movement, fatigue, and abdominal hardening. Her husband, Sadekul Islam, 25, is the sole earner and works as a day labourer, earning approximately USD 49 per month, while Sharmin is a homemaker and lives with her husband, 7-year-old daughter Sadia Afrin, and 61-year-old mother-in-law, Shamsunnahar Begum; the family has no permanent home and cannot afford the required medical expenses. They learned about Helpster Charity through another Helpster beneficiary and sought support for Sharmin’s treatment and safe delivery. Without timely medical management, breech presentation with fetal distress at term could lead to obstructed labour, severe fetal compromise, birth injury, or other serious complications for both mother and baby.
Prognosis
The recommended treatment for her is a Lower Uterine Cesarean Section (LUCS) under Spinal Anesthesia (SAB), which is considered an appropriate option for delivering the baby and reducing the risk of further complications. With timely surgical intervention and proper medical care, the mother and baby are expected to recover well and have a healthy life. However, if delivery is delayed or the condition remains untreated, the baby may be at increased risk of fetal distress, umbilical cord prolapse, birth trauma such as brachial plexus injury, and head entrapment. The mother may also face serious complications, including infection and other potentially life-threatening conditions.
