Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Saifan Islam is a 5-month-old baby boy living with his parents and grandparents in a five-member family under fragile housing conditions. His father, Mohammad Siam (26), works as a garment worker and earns only BDT 8,000 (approximately USD 65) per month, making it difficult for the family to afford medical expenses. Saifan developed fever, cough, cold, and breathing difficulties and was brought to Narayanganj Poly Clinic General Hospital, where examination and chest X-ray confirmed severe pneumonia. The family learned about Helpster Charity through volunteer Masud Rana and is seeking support for Saifan’s treatment.
Prognosis
Saifan Islam, a 5-month-old male child, has severe pneumonia with breathing difficulty and low oxygen saturation. This is an emergency condition requiring immediate treatment and close monitoring. If left untreated, the condition may worsen and lead to severe sepsis, respiratory failure, and a life-threatening condition.
