Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Abdulmalik is a 10 y.o. boy who lives in a rented apartment in Ijebu-Ode. They live in one room apartment with other three siblings.The father, Mr. Muyideen, is alive but they are separated. Mother takes care of old on a private arrangements. She is employed by a family to take care of their elderly father. Abdulmalik was diagnosed for the right Undescended testicle which requires urgent surgery before his testicle can move into its proper position. The family is unable to do surgery because of financial constraints.
Medical history
The child was successfully operated on June 18th, and discharged on June 21st, with two follow-ups. Abdulmalik's parents: "Thank you for helping me to do my son's surgery successfully, God will continue to bless you."
Outcome
The patient was diagnosed for the right Undescended testicle which requires urgent surgery before his testicle can move into its proper position. If not treated, can lead to a hernia, testicular cancer and infertility.
