Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Most. Aktara is an 18-year-old pregnant woman who enjoys making cakes and dreams of building a home of her own; she is 39 weeks and 1 day pregnant with her first child and was diagnosed with severe oligohydramnios and fetal distress after developing watery vaginal discharge, abdominal discomfort, and decreased fetal movement. Her husband, Nojibar Ali, 26, is the sole earner and works as a day labourer, earning approximately USD 49 per month, while Aktara is a homemaker and lives with her husband and 61-year-old mother-in-law, Mahafuja Begum; the family has no permanent home and cannot afford the required medical and surgical expenses. They learned about Helpster Charity through a community outreach program and sought support for Aktara’s treatment and safe delivery. Without timely medical intervention, severe oligohydramnios with fetal distress may worsen and lead to severe fetal compromise, oxygen deprivation, complications during delivery, and potentially loss of the baby.
Prognosis
The recommended treatment for Aktara is LUCS under SAB, which is the safest option to deliver the baby promptly and prevent further complications. With timely surgery, the baby is expected to recover well and have a good chance of leading a healthy life. However, if delivery is delayed or the condition is left untreated, the baby may suffer from oxygen deprivation, which could lead to permanent brain damage or even death. The mother may also face life-threatening infections or other serious complications.
