Why is treatment done earlier than admission?

Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background

Isah Mohammed is a one-year-one-month-old child who lives with his parents and one sibling in a modest apartment in Upper Uke. Neither parent holds formal employment. The father does menial work for people, including fetching water, and earns about ₦15,000 monthly on an irregular basis. his mother, Raliya, is a housewife. Isah was brought to the facility by his mother with fever and loss of appetite. She reported that his temperature had been repeatedly rising, especially at night, and that home treatment and herbal remedies had not improved his condition. On examination, Isah appeared ill and feverish. Laboratory investigations confirmed severe malaria and typhoid. He received appropriate treatment and showed significant improvement. He was subsequently discharged in a stable condition to continue his recovery at home.

Prognosis

Isah Mohammed 1year snd 1month child diagnosed with severe Malaria and typhoid. For a child of this age suffering from severe malaria and typhoid fever presents a serious infectious condition requiring urgent medical attention. The prognosis is guarded at presentation due to increased risk of complications associated with both malaria and typhoid coexisting. However, with timely intervention and treatment and supportive care the likelihood of recovery is good. Consequently, delayed treatment or the development of severe complications may adversely affect the outcome and increase the risk of morbidity and mortality.
