Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Most. Sima is a calm and hardworking 28-year-old pregnant woman who enjoys making homemade perfume and dreams of building a home of her own while hoping for a safe delivery and healthy baby. Her husband, Md. Hashim, 39, is the sole earner and works as a day labourer, earning approximately USD 49 per month, while the family also includes their 4-year-old son, Md. Alif, and her 70-year-old mother-in-law, Alimon Begum. Living in a fragile government quarter with only one low income to meet the family’s daily needs and medical expenses, they cannot afford the cost of Sima’s treatment and learned about Helpster Charity through a health worker. At 38 weeks of pregnancy, Sima developed lower abdominal pain, abdominal discomfort, and hardening, and evaluation revealed breech presentation with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM). Without appropriate medical management and a safe delivery plan, breech presentation may increase the risk of complicated labour and fetal distress, while poorly controlled GDM can add further risks for both mother and baby.
Prognosis
The recommended treatment for her is LUCS under SAB, which is considered an appropriate option for delivering the baby and reducing the risk of further complications. With timely surgical intervention and proper medical care, the mother and baby are expected to have a good recovery and a healthy life. However, if delivery is delayed or the condition remains untreated, the baby may be at increased risk of fetal distress, umbilical cord prolapse, neonatal hypoglycemia, respiratory distress syndrome, future type 2 diabetes, birth trauma such as brachial plexus injury, and head entrapment. The mother may also face serious complications, including infection and other potentially life-threatening conditions.
