Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Minha Jannath is a 10-month-old girl from a financially disadvantaged family of five. Her father, Suhel Ahmed (23), works as an auto-rickshaw driver and earns approximately USD 49 per month, which is barely enough to meet their basic needs, making her medical expenses unaffordable. She developed constipation for three days and was diagnosed with sub-acute intestinal obstruction with oral candidiasis. She was referred from Seba Hospital for further management, and the family learned about Helpster Charity through a local community member. Minha previously received support under Helpster ID 8061; without timely treatment, her intestinal obstruction could worsen and lead to serious complications.
Prognosis
According to the treating doctor, Minha Jannat is expected to recover well with appropriate treatment and continued medical advice. Management of constipation should help restore normal bowel movement and prevent further intestinal obstruction, while treatment of oral candidiasis should resolve the mouth infection. With proper care, the condition is unlikely to have a long-term impact on her health. If left untreated, intestinal obstruction may worsen and can lead to abdominal complications, dehydration, and nutritional problems. Continued follow-up and adherence to medical advice are important to support her full recovery.
