Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Mukesh Barmon is a 3-day-old baby who developed high-grade fever, cough, cold, vomiting, poor feeding, and lethargy and was diagnosed with pneumonia. He lives with his parents, brother, and grandmother in a five-member family, while his father is the sole earner, working as a day laborer and earning only about USD 49 per month. With this limited income, the family cannot afford the cost of Mukesh’s hospital treatment and learned about Helpster Charity through volunteer Sadika Rahman. Mukesh is currently receiving pediatric intensive care with antibiotics, oxygen support as needed, hydration, and close monitoring. Without timely treatment, his pneumonia may worsen and lead to severe breathing problems, low oxygen levels, serious infection, and other potentially life-threatening complications.
Prognosis
Pediatric care with IV antibiotics, fever management, oxygen therapy when needed, hydration, supportive treatment, and close monitoring is expected to control the pneumonia and improve Mukesh’s breathing, feeding, and overall condition. With timely treatment and appropriate monitoring, he is expected to recover from the infection. If left untreated, pneumonia in a newborn may worsen rapidly, causing severe respiratory distress, low oxygen levels, poor feeding, serious infection, and other potentially life-threatening complications.
