Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Raju Ahmed is a cheerful and responsible 16-year-old Class 10 student who enjoys playing with friends and wants to continue his education. He lives with his parents and grandmother, and his father is the sole earner, working as a day laborer and earning about USD 41 per month. Raju developed severe right lower abdominal pain with nausea and vomiting and was diagnosed with acute appendicitis. Due to the family’s limited income, they cannot afford his treatment and are seeking Helpster Charity’s support through Sadika. Without timely treatment, the appendix may rupture and cause serious infection and other life-threatening complications.
Prognosis
Appendectomy is expected to remove the inflamed appendix, relieve abdominal pain and prevent progression of the disease. With timely surgery and appropriate postoperative care, Raju is expected to recover and return to his normal activities and studies. If treatment is delayed, the appendix may rupture and cause peritonitis, severe infection, abscess formation, sepsis, and other potentially life-threatening complications.
