Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Marium Rahman is a 1-month-old baby girl living with her parents, two school-going sisters, and grandparents in a seven-member family. Her father, Aziz Mia (32), is the sole earning member and works as a day laborer, earning only around USD 65 per month, making it extremely difficult to meet daily needs and afford her medical expenses. Marium developed fever and cough followed by breathing difficulty and was diagnosed with severe pneumonia, with an oxygen saturation of only 88%. Without timely treatment, her breathing could worsen rapidly and lead to severe oxygen deprivation and life-threatening complications. The family learned about Helpster Charity through volunteer Masud Rana and is seeking urgent support for Marium’s recovery.
Prognosis
Hospitalization with antibiotic therapy, nebulization, and supportive care is expected to control Marium’s severe pneumonia, improve her breathing and oxygen level, and support gradual recovery. With timely treatment and close monitoring, she is expected to stabilize and return to normal feeding and activities as her condition improves. If left untreated, severe pneumonia may rapidly worsen, causing persistent low oxygen levels, respiratory failure, and other life-threatening complications. Prompt treatment is therefore essential for her safe recovery.
