Why is treatment done earlier than admission?

Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.

That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

LIFE CARE HOSPITAL & DIAGNOSTIC CENTERRoumari, KurigramHospital contacts
Background

Akhi Akter is an 18-year-old housewife who takes care of her family despite their difficult circumstances. She lives with her husband, Shahirul Islam, and his elderly parents in a four-member household; her husband is the sole earner, working as a local vehicle driver and earning only about USD 65 per month. At 38 weeks of pregnancy, Akhi was admitted to Life Care Hospital and diagnosed with breech presentation, requiring careful monitoring and timely delivery planning. As their land was lost to river erosion and their limited income is barely enough for basic needs, the family cannot afford the necessary medical expenses and learned about Helpster Charity through hospital staff. Without timely management, breech presentation may increase the risk of complications during labor and delivery, potentially endangering both mother and baby.

Prognosis

According to the doctor, Lower Uterine Caesarean Section (LUCS) is recommended to achieve safe delivery because of the breech fetal presentation. Timely surgical delivery is expected to reduce the risks associated with the abnormal fetal position and provide a safer outcome for both mother and baby. If LUCS and appropriate obstetric care are delayed, breech presentation may lead to obstructed labor, umbilical cord prolapse, fetal distress, and potentially serious complications for both the mother and baby.
