Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Sabbir Ahmed is a responsible and hardworking 17-year-old young man who has recently completed his SSC examination and hopes to continue his studies. He lives with his parents, younger brother Rifat Ahmed (8), six-month-old sister Muntaha Jannat, and 70-year-old grandmother Terai Bibi in a modest tin-roofed house with a mud floor. His father, Abdus Samad (35), is the sole earner, working as an auto-rickshaw driver and earning only about USD 41 per month, which is insufficient to meet the family’s basic needs and Sabbir’s medical expenses. Sabbir developed fever, abdominal pain, and repeated vomiting and was diagnosed with enteric fever with cystitis, but the family cannot afford the required treatment and learned about the available support through the hospital staff. Without timely treatment, the infection may worsen, causing severe dehydration, persistent illness, urinary complications, sepsis, and other potentially life-threatening complications.
Prognosis
According to the doctor, hospitalization with appropriate medications, conservative management, supportive care, proper hydration, and close monitoring is expected to control Sabbir’s enteric fever and cystitis, relieve his symptoms, and support recovery. With timely treatment, he is expected to stabilize and gradually return to normal activities. If left untreated, the infection may worsen and lead to severe dehydration, persistent fever, progression of infection, urinary complications, sepsis, and other potentially life-threatening complications.
