Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Sneholota Rani Biswas is a 16-year-old SSC candidate who was admitted to Seba Hospital with fever, cough, respiratory distress, and abdominal pain and was diagnosed with severe pneumonia with cystitis. Her parents, Denesh Biswas (55) and Sebitri Rani Biswas (52), have no income, while her brothers Rojot Biswas (23) and Pronot Biswas (27) work as auto-rickshaw drivers and together earn approximately BDT 9,000 (around USD 74) per month, with Pronot responsible for supporting Sneholota’s needs. The family lives in a modest tin-roofed house with a mud floor, and their limited income makes it difficult to afford her hospitalization, medicines, investigations, and supportive treatment. The family learned about Helpster Charity through a local doctor and sought assistance for Sneholota’s treatment. Without timely treatment, severe pneumonia may progress to respiratory failure and severe infection, while untreated cystitis may develop into a more serious urinary infection, putting her health at further risk.
Prognosis
According to the treating doctors, Sneho Lota Rani Biswas requires hospitalization, parenteral antibiotics, nebulization, and other supportive therapy to manage her severe pneumonia with cystitis. With timely treatment and close monitoring, her respiratory distress and infection are expected to improve, helping her recover safely and return to normal daily activities. If left untreated, severe pneumonia may progress to worsening respiratory distress, dangerously low oxygen levels, respiratory failure, and other serious complications. The associated cystitis may also worsen without appropriate treatment and delay her recovery. Therefore, timely and complete treatment is essential for Sneho Lota Rani Biswas’s recovery and overall well-being.
