Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Abdullah Al Muij is a gentle 2.5-month-old baby who was previously well before developing fever and cough followed by severe breathing difficulty. He lives with his family of six, while his father is the main earner and works as a farmer despite having hearing and speech difficulties, limiting his ability to work regularly; the family earns only about USD 33–41 per month. Muij’s condition worsened and he was taken to Rangpur Medical College Hospital, where doctors diagnosed acute severe pneumonia/bronchopneumonia, requiring continued treatment and close medical care. Due to their severe financial hardship, the family cannot afford his urgent treatment and learned about Helpster Charity through volunteer Md. Abu Hanif. Without continued treatment, severe pneumonia may rapidly worsen, causing increasing respiratory distress, dangerously low oxygen levels, respiratory failure, and potentially life-threatening complications.
Prognosis
Hospitalization with parenteral antibiotic therapy, nebulization, oxygen support when needed, and other symptomatic and supportive treatment is expected to control Abdullah’s severe pneumonia, improve his breathing and oxygen level, and support recovery. With timely treatment and close monitoring, he is expected to stabilize and gradually return to normal feeding and activities. If left untreated, severe pneumonia with hypoxemia may rapidly worsen, causing severe respiratory distress, dangerously low oxygen levels, respiratory failure, and other potentially life-threatening complications.
