Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Md. Tuhin Mia is a 17-year-old boy from Rangpur who was brought to the hospital after a serious road traffic accident that caused a severe head injury and chest trauma, leaving him unconscious with severe respiratory distress and suspected aspiration pneumonia. He lives with his family of four, whose main income comes from a small paan shop and is approximately USD 65 per month, making it impossible for them to afford the cost of his urgent ICU treatment. During his treatment at Good Health Hospital, the family learned about Helpster Charity through the hospital and volunteer Md. Abu Hanif and sought assistance for Tuhin’s critical care. Tuhin is at an important stage of his life, with hopes for a better future, but his condition now requires immediate ICU management, respiratory support, and close monitoring. Without timely treatment, his severe injuries and respiratory condition could worsen rapidly, leading to respiratory failure, further complications, and potentially life-threatening deterioration.
Prognosis
Hospitalization in the ICU with respiratory support, appropriate antibiotic therapy, nebulization, and other supportive treatment is expected to help manage Tuhin's severe head injury, chest trauma, and suspected aspiration pneumonia. Close monitoring and timely treatment may help stabilize his respiratory condition, control complications, and support his recovery. However, due to the severity of his head injury, unconsciousness, chest trauma, and respiratory distress, his condition remains critical. If left untreated, these conditions may worsen and could lead to severe respiratory failure, worsening brain injury, complications from aspiration pneumonia, and other potentially life-threatening complications.
