Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Abdullahi is an 18-year-old boy with big dreams for his future. He recently gained admission to the University of Lagos to begin his studies and dreams of becoming an atmospheric scientist. He lives with his parents and 6 siblings. One of his sisters is already in university, but his parents struggle to afford her school fees, leaving the family worried about how they will pay for Abdullahi’s education as well. Abdullahi also suffered a bone fracture that has affected his mobility. His parents took him for scans and X-rays, but due to their financial difficulties, they have been unable to afford the proper treatment he needs. He still limps and relies on a walking stick to move around. As Abdullahi prepares to start university, his family is facing the added burden of both his medical needs and school fees.
Prognosis
An 18-year-old male has developed a painful non-union and early signs of avascular necrosis following an untreated femoral neck fracture sustained seven months ago. To preserve his natural hip joint and avoid early joint replacement, the recommended treatment is a valgus proximal femoral osteotomy stabilized with a dynamic hip screw. Due to the delayed presentation and the ongoing risk of progressive femoral head deterioration, he will need long-term monitoring and may still require a future hip replacement.
