Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Tanha Jannath is a bright and responsible 13-year-old Class Six student who hopes to continue her education despite her family’s financial hardship. She lives with her parents and two siblings, Tahmid Ahmed (8), a Class Three student, and Tasnim Ahmed (9), a Class Five student, in a four-member family; her father, Abdul Kadir (35), is the sole earner, working as a day labourer and earning only about USD 49 per month. The family lives in a modest tin-roofed house with a mud floor, and their limited income is barely enough for basic household expenses, leaving them unable to afford Tanha’s hospital treatment. Tanha was admitted to Seba Hospital on 10 September 2026 with high-grade fever, cough, cold, severe respiratory distress, and nasal blockage and was diagnosed with severe pneumonia with enteric fever; the family learned about Helpster Charity through volunteer Redwan Hussen Shiplu. Without timely treatment, her severe pneumonia and enteric fever may worsen rapidly, causing dangerously low oxygen levels, respiratory failure, severe infection, and other potentially life-threatening complications.
Prognosis
According to the treating doctors, hospitalization with isolation, parenteral antibiotics, nebulization, and other supportive therapy is recommended to manage Tanha Jannath severe pneumonia with enteric fever. With timely treatment and close monitoring, her respiratory distress and infection are expected to improve, helping her recover safely and return to normal activities. If left untreated, severe pneumonia may progress to worsening respiratory distress, dangerously low oxygen levels, respiratory failure, and other serious complications. Enteric fever may also lead to further complications if not appropriately treated. Therefore, timely hospital-based treatment is essential for Tanha’s recovery.
