Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Diana is a Grade Four pupil and the second of five children. She is hardworking, enjoys singing, dancing and reading, and dreams of becoming a teacher. Following her parents’ separation, her mother supports the children by washing neighbours’ clothes and taking other casual jobs. Her limited earnings make it difficult to meet the family’s basic needs and medical expenses. Diana became unwell one evening with abdominal pain, dizziness, coughing up blood and body aches. Her mother sought assistance from a community health promoter, who connected her with a Helpster volunteer. The volunteer referred Diana to the hospital for medical attention. Following examination and laboratory investigations, Diana was diagnosed with gastritis and malaria. She was admitted and started on treatment. She responded well and is now reported to be doing well and recovering her health.
Prognosis
Most cases of gastritis improve quickly with treatment. Medication relieves symptoms for most people. For some, recovery may also involve permanent lifestyle changes. You may need to change the way you manage other conditions and quit or reduce substance use to prevent gastritis from coming back. If you’ve discovered an underlying chronic condition, you may have a new long-term treatment plan for it.Diana's prognosis was fair with the IV medications she was commenced on.This made it easier for her recovery since she was able to get her drugs on time and also feed weel.
