Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Surgery conducted successfully on 6th May,2023 Ismail is a 5 y.o. male living in Maiduguri with his parents. His is a nursery 2 student who is performing well in his studies. He has been having occasional flank pain, fever, dysuria for the past 6 months and recently he was unable to pass urine due to Impacted Urethral stone. Had poor family background as his parent are unemployed however, hitherto, the father is a commercial driver but his car was ceased by Boko Haram insurgents on his usual route of conveying passengers about 2 years ago. Currently, occupying a room in elder sister's house because he couldn't pay for rent. The house is 50 square metres by 50 Square metres both length and width containing 4 rooms, the guardian is an international Arabic language translator.
Outcome
The patient was presented with long standing pain in the lower abdomen and groin, difficult to pass urine, hematuria. The patient was diagnosed with Kidney stone with impacted urethral stone. If not treated, can be fatal.
