Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

AL- AQSA HOSPITAL & DIAGNOSTIC CENTREJodrn Road, Barishal, P.O Box. No-8200Hospital contacts
Background
The patient is a 7-year-old boy studying in Grade 3 who lives with his parents and two elder sisters in an old, dilapidated tin-roofed house. His father is the family’s only earning member, working as a rented rickshaw driver and earning approximately USD 58.50 per month, while his mother is a homemaker; this limited income is barely enough to meet the family’s basic needs and leaves them unable to afford his medical treatment. The child developed a fever, nausea, generalized weakness, and loss of appetite two days before admission, followed by abdominal discomfort, and was diagnosed with typhoid fever. Through a community outreach medical program, the family learned about Helpster Charity and sought financial assistance for his treatment at Al-Aqsa Hospital & Diagnostic Centre. Without timely treatment, he could develop severe dehydration, intestinal bleeding or perforation, sepsis, and other potentially life-threatening complications
Prognosis
With timely hospitalization, appropriate medical treatment, and supportive care, the child is expected to recover from typhoid fever and experience improvement in fever, nausea, weakness, and abdominal discomfort. Close monitoring is important to assess recovery and prevent complications. Without timely treatment, typhoid fever may progress to severe dehydration, intestinal bleeding or perforation, peritonitis, encephalopathy, sepsis, or septic shock. These complications can be life-threatening. Prompt treatment is essential to support recovery and reduce the risk of serious long-term consequences.
