Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Abdumalik is the first child in a family of six. His mother is a hairdresser who provides hairdressing services to people in the community. Her income depends on patronage and is estimated at ₦10,000–₦15,000 per month. His father is a welder whose income also depends on the availability of customers and jobs. He earns an estimated ₦35,000–₦60,000 per month. The family lives together in a family-owned house not built by them and stay in a room and parlor. Despite their limited income, both parents work hard to provide for the family and meet their basic needs. Malik loves to play with his friends and eat. The 7-year old Malik was well until the mother noticed that the left scrotum was noticed 2 years ago and it has been increasing in size. Associated with discomfort and some pains. The parents do not have money for treatment but when they heard of Helpster free surgery. Upon presentation at the hospital, Malik was evaluated and diagnosed with big Hydrocele. He requires surgical correction upon Helpster's approval.
Prognosis
The patient is a 7-year-old boy presenting with a large, persistent hydrocele causing chronic localized pain and physical discomfort that necessitates surgical intervention via an elective inguinal repair to close the underlying patent pathway. If left unmanaged, the continuous mechanical pressure from this large fluid mass will exacerbate the tissue tension and pain, while the persistent defect leaves the child at high risk for a secondary inguinal hernia that could progress to dangerous bowel entrapment. The prognosis is good if the condition is attended to promptly. However, delaying treatment may cause the condition to worsen and increase in size, potentially leading to serious, life-threatening complications. Early medical intervention is therefore strongly recommended.
