Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Malik is a 7-year-old boy described by his father as kind, helpful, and generous. He enjoys playing football and spending time with his friends and is known for readily sharing what he has with others. When he was 5, his parents noticed swelling on the right side of his scrotum. However, because the family could not afford hospital care, they were unable to have the condition medically assessed or treated. Malik lives with his parents and two siblings, while his parents work to provide for the family through small-scale businesses and informal employment. His mother sells provisions, while his father works as an upcoming welder under someone at a welding shop. Together, they earn approximately ₦50,000 per month.
Prognosis
The prognosis is good if the condition is attended to promptly. However, delaying treatment may cause the condition to worsen and increase in size, potentially leading to serious, life-threatening complications. Early medical intervention is therefore strongly recommended.
