Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Taiwo is the third child in a family of five, supported by his mother’s small provision sales and his father’s low daily earnings from riding a commercial motorcycle. From birth, the absence of his right testis was noticed, and despite trying local herbal remedies, his condition never improved. Doctors at the hospital have now confirmed a diagnosis of Right Undescended Testis, which requires urgent surgical correction to prevent permanent future complications like infertility. However, with a combined monthly income of just ₦30,000 to ₦45,000, the family cannot even afford to finish building their basic home, making the cost of surgery completely out of reach. They are now turning to donors for urgent financial help to fund Taiwo's operation and protect his future.
Prognosis
The prognosis is good when treatment is provided on time. Early treatment helps promote normal testicular development and function and reduces the risk of long-term complications. Treatment is especially important when the condition is identified during early childhood, as timely intervention can significantly improve the child’s future health and development.
