Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
A 10-year-old boy lives with his parents in a small family that depends on his father’s income as a van driver, earning approximately USD 57 per month. His mother is a homemaker, and the family struggles to meet daily living expenses while also trying to afford the medical care their son urgently needs. They learned about Helpster Charity through volunteer Masud Rana and sought assistance after the boy developed a persistent cough and cold for 10 days, followed by three days of breathing difficulty; he was diagnosed with acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma, with dangerously low oxygen saturation of 82%. Without timely treatment and close monitoring, his breathing may deteriorate further, leading to severe oxygen deprivation, respiratory failure, and potentially life-threatening complications.
Prognosis
According to the treating doctor, urgent medical treatment and close monitoring are necessary to manage the acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma. With timely treatment, the patient’s breathing difficulty and oxygen levels are expected to improve, helping stabilize his condition and support recovery. His oxygen saturation of 82% indicates significant hypoxemia requiring urgent attention. If left untreated, the acute asthma exacerbation may rapidly progress to severe respiratory distress, dangerously low oxygen levels, respiratory failure, and potentially fatal complications
