Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
Arishfa is a 4-month-old baby girl who lives with her mother and grandparents in a four-member family, as her father has been absent and out of contact for the past year. Her 20-year-old mother depends on her grandfather, who works as an auto-rickshaw driver and earns approximately USD 41 per month, making it difficult for the family to cover basic necessities and the cost of urgent medical care. The family lives in a modest tin-roofed house with a mud floor, and they learned about Helpster Charity through a volunteer who connected them with support. Arishfa was admitted to hospital with severe pneumonia, measles, and abdominal distension after developing fever, cough, breathing difficulties, and a skin rash. Without timely treatment and close monitoring, her condition could deteriorate, leading to dangerously low oxygen levels, severe infection, respiratory failure, and potentially life-threatening complications.
Prognosis
According to the treating doctors, hospitalization, isolation, appropriate medications, supportive therapy, and close monitoring are necessary to manage the infant’s severe pneumonia, measles, and abdominal distension. With timely treatment and careful observation, her breathing difficulties and overall condition may improve, supporting her recovery. Without appropriate care, severe pneumonia may progress to dangerously low oxygen levels and respiratory failure, while measles can cause additional serious complications. Persistent or worsening abdominal distension also requires medical assessment to identify and manage potential complications. Prompt treatment is essential to stabilize her condition and reduce the risk of life-threatening outcomes.
