Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
The patient is a 10-year-old girl who lives with her parents and five siblings in an eight-member family. Her father works as a day labourer, earning approximately USD 41 per month, while her mother is a homemaker, making it extremely difficult for the family to afford basic necessities and the hospital treatment their daughter urgently needs. The family lives in a modest tin-roofed house with a mud floor and learned about Helpster Charity through a volunteer while seeking help for their seriously ill child. She was admitted to the hospital with severe pneumonia alongside congenital heart disease, experiencing persistent fever, coughing, breathing difficulties, and eye redness, with concerning signs including cyanosis and clubbing. Without timely treatment and close medical monitoring, her condition could deteriorate, potentially leading to severe oxygen deficiency, respiratory failure, and other life-threatening complications.
Prognosis
According to the treating doctors, hospitalization, appropriate medicines, supportive therapy, and close monitoring are recommended to manage the patient’s severe pneumonia with congenital heart disease. With timely treatment and careful monitoring, her breathing difficulties and lung infection are expected to improve, helping stabilize her condition. Without appropriate treatment, severe pneumonia may worsen, leading to dangerously low oxygen levels, respiratory failure, and other serious complications. Her congenital heart disease may further complicate her condition, making prompt medical care essential to reduce risks and support her recovery.
