Why is treatment done earlier than admission?
Sometimes, when a case is urgent and vital, hospitals may proceed with delivering medical care right away to save a life, even before the finalization of admission procedures. Usually, when this happens, hospitals put the bill on our credit until the funds are transferred to their accounts.
That's why the chronology can sometimes be in disorder.

Background
The patient is a 15-month-old girl who lives with her parents and grandparents in a five-member family. Her father works at a poultry farm and earns approximately USD 57 per month, while her mother is a homemaker; the family struggles to cover daily necessities and medical expenses for their young daughter and elderly grandparents. They learned about Helpster Charity through a volunteer after the child developed a high fever, cough, and severe breathing difficulties accompanied by three episodes of convulsions. She was diagnosed with severe pneumonia and febrile convulsions, requiring hospitalization, supportive treatment, and close monitoring that her family cannot afford on their limited income. Without timely treatment, her condition could worsen, potentially leading to respiratory failure, recurrent seizures, and other life-threatening complications.
Prognosis
According to the treating doctors, hospitalization with parenteral antibiotic therapy, nebulization, appropriate medicines, supportive care, and close monitoring is recommended to manage Eva Jannat’s severe pneumonia and associated febrile convulsions. With timely treatment and careful observation, her lung infection and breathing difficulties are expected to improve, while monitoring will help identify and manage any recurrent convulsions. Without appropriate treatment, severe pneumonia may worsen, leading to dangerously low oxygen levels, respiratory failure, and other serious complications. Persistent or recurrent convulsions also require prompt medical assessment and management to reduce the risk of further complications.
